We are the
Lighthouse. A new church with a big vision. What would you think
about a church that was concerned about your Spirit, Soul and
body.
Thessalonians 5:23

your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto
the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ”
Spirit – We will have church services that teach the word of God.
We will grow together
The word “soul” is defined by some as the mind, will, and
emotions.
From the side of a parent, when our kids are happy and want to be
a part of something, it is a lot easier to
The body – It is the shell we look at every day. The first one
created was made of dirt.
Land, upgrade and expenses
This land will be used to meet the spiritual, physical and
emotional needs of the church family and community. It will
provide the basis for the church and many businesses. Our goal
will always be to make life better and give spiritual hope to as
many as possible.
Gym with weight room
At first it will be a multi purpose building. Sunday morning 9
to1, Sunday evening 6 to 8, Wednesday night 6 to 9 will be church.
All other times will be used for youth purpose. People paid
(Weight room) Monday to Saturday 8am to 10 Pm
Will be in charge of weight room. No one enters without pass. Hand
out workout schedules. Make sure everyone is safe.
Construction School
Will offer a trade to people in building houses from the ground
up. In training these candidates, we will build an apartment
complex. This building will be for people who have been burnt out,
parents who want to go back to school, or just can't make it on
their own at that point. Our kids will be trained in all phases of
the construction of the units. I am looking for men and women who
have retired from construction and want to give back to the youth.
I believe that the older men should teach the younger men. The
older women should teach the younger women. We have lots of
knowledge sitting in our churches going to waist. Just because you
have retired from a job don't mean you are not worth anything
anymore.

Church
This is the spiritual part of our vision. We will seek out the scriptures
and do our best to live by them. I see this vision as a walk in
Acts. It will be for the growth of all people and no one is left
behind. All money is put into the store house for the spiritual,
soulish, and body of the whole. This church will also be a wedding
chapel. We will do wedding, rehearsals, dinners, and sleeping
arrangements for weddings.
Office Building
Church Accounting Financial Office
This building will be money coming in from all rental units.
(Senior citizen, apartments, houses and rental units. At the end
of the day, all other money from different parts of the vision
will be deposited and an account of moneys will be brought to this
office. Answering phone for all buildings. Construction school
office work.
Will send out for money pick up before office closes. All money
collected by any part after office is closed, will have a drop off
place to put money.

Maintenance building
Will be responsible for general maintenance of all building,
grounds upkeep, cleaning floors and any other duties assigned
Monday to Thursday 7am to 7pm
Friday and Saturday 9am to 12 midnight

Shelter in Storm
Housing will be provided for those who are victims of disaster,
homeless because of many reasons, single who are of low income,
senior citizen and many other reasons. We will build these homes
through the construction school. This way we will be involving
older men and women in our church teaching the younger trades
while we are providing a necessary method of raising the standard
of life for others in our community.
This will be a living quarters 24/7. All applications and booking
will be done through office building. Maintenance will clean,
paint any apartment reoccupied.
Water park:
. We will allow other churches to use our Water Park for youth
camps. It will also be an attraction to draw children to God. We
have to get them to church before we can lead them to the Lord.
The world offers them fun things to do, now it is time we the
Christians stood up and show that God has good and fun things to
do also. We are letting Satan tell our kids that God is boring. We
can and will do better.

Senior Citizen building
This will be a living quarters 24/7. All applications and
booking will be done through office building. Maintenance will
clean, paint any apartment reoccupied. These will all be single
bedroom units. Each apartment will be equipped with a call bell.
Restaurant
Sunday to Thursday 9am to 8 pm
Friday and Saturday Open 9am to 10pm 10 to ? for clean up.
No one works more than 2 Sundays a month
Garage
Open Monday to Saturday 10 am to 6 pm
Camp ground
We want an area for tents and pull campers. Churches will be
able to use these facilities to cut cost in having youth camps.
There will be times we will open it to the public also. We want
hay rides and nightly camp fire meetings. Have a place to show
movies and also for singers.
Open 24 / 7 pay at office or someone will make rounds.
Ball fields

This is our effort to give the youth of our area alternatives to
substance abuse and keep them off the street.
Youth pastors will be in charge of these fields. Will schedule
community ball games. Encourage community to be involved.
Motel
This motel will be a medium upper grade motel. All rooms will
be nice.

Will set up all surveillance cameras.

Roller Skating Ring
Open Monday to Saturday. 5pm to 12pm
Security Building

Will be able to watch all surveillance cameras on screen. Will
take emergency calls from senior citizens building. After office
hours, will take all calls. In emergencies, will call appropriate
person.
Ice-cream hamburger stand
Open 7 days a week 11am to 10pm. Sell ice-cream, hamburger, hotdog
and french-fries. Maybe funnel cakes.
Computer store
Open Monday to Friday 9 to 5. Saturday 10 to 3. Will fix
computers and sell new ones and rebuilt ones.
Food Pantry
The food pantry will be for those in need but also will be
available for the family of God. Fresh produce will be brought in
and provided through our own garden and orchard. Would love to get
to a place where we could be self sufficient within our church. We
will also raise our own cattle for our meat.
Computer training School
We will set up booths where a student comes and watches the
certification videos. Once they go through the videos, then we
will have the actual test that go along with those certifications.
Photography business
Open Monday to Friday 9 to 5. Will do shoots when needed. They
will be involved in all weddings.
Pharmacy
Tour center
Do research of area and make up different tours to offer.
Winery, Skyline Drive, DC,
It will run tours 6 days a week. Nights will be spent at our
motel. Use our restaurant as much as possible. We will also offer
photos. We can send one or two photographers with them
Bank Loan Center
Open Monday to Friday 9 to 5. They will work very closely with
our construction school and building homes for people in our
church
